Keller Williams Plantation home staging training seminar

Today I presented a training session on home Staging and the benefits for both real estate professionals and their clients to members of the Keller Williams realty partners team in Plantation, Florida.

Feedback was very positive. they shared with me the difficulty in educating their sellers on the importanace of preparing a home for sale. In today’s buyer’s market homes must look better than the competition or face months on the market. Home Staging is exactly what several of these agents have been looking for.

I plan on making a follow -up presentation to this office in March.
